Hurfords Non-Structural Plywood (CD Grade) is a versatile, economical sheet ideal for internal linings, cabinetry, hoardings, packaging, and more. Designed for non-load-bearing use, this plywood offers excellent value and practicality for a wide range of general-purpose projects.
It features a C face and D back veneer, bonded with a durable A-Bond glueline, providing good moisture resistance and consistent performance. While not certified to structural standards, this panel shares dimensional stability traits with structural-grade ply, making it easy to work with and reliable for interior or temporary exterior uses.
The C-grade face is suitable for painting, staining or overlaying with decorative surfaces. Some natural characteristics such as puttied splits and knotholes may be present—this is expected in CD grade ply and does not impact functional integrity.
Non-structural plywood is commonly supplied untreated but can be optionally treated to H2-S, H2, or H3 levels for protection in more demanding or outdoor applications.
